Design Factory (DF) is a company established in Uzbekistan in December 2023 to do business in the field of Architecture and Engineering services.
DF's basic vision; To have a unique line based on developing architectural concept projects at international standards and producing optimal engineering solutions; To become a well-known BRAND in Uzbekistan and surrounding countries in the long term.
DF's basic mission is; By exhibiting an approach that prioritizes customer satisfaction, it offers a full range of project services in accordance with local norms.
DF's main service model; It is a turnkey model that includes all project planning stages from concept to implementation. To implement this model, DF initially set out with a core staff of thirty people; It aims to further expand this staff in the near term.
Thanks to this model, which provides significant advantages to employers; architectural, static, mechanical, electrical etc. Project design services belonging to different disciplines are solved within a single company; Interdisciplinary coordination is provided quickly and with high quality. Thus, employers save time and money. In addition, the project design process is carried out in accordance with the construction norms of the countries where the projects are located; Employers do not have to make an agreement with a third company that will make adaptations when obtaining a license for their projects. Especially fire safety, mechanical and electrical load calculations, static calculations made with local programs, etc. Relevant precautions and precautions are included in the project design process from the very beginning.
In addition, DF is an ambitious company in the development of Architectural and Interior Architecture Concept Designs; While providing optimal and original solutions to its employers; It aims to capture a contemporary, creative and authentic design language.
Another goal of DF is to effectively use building information modeling (BIM) tools that provide information exchange and an efficient collaboration environment for all stakeholders throughout the life cycle of the building.
In this context, DF has started to establish a unique system within its own structure, which includes relevant BIM templates in accordance with local norms, by bringing together the leading experts of the sector. Another feature that makes DF unique is; Licensing processes, which are normally the responsibility of employers and include the monitoring of many subheadings; It is managed through GIPs who are experts in their fields.
